2010 New Designer Fashion Grand Prix.
It’s Your Turn to Create the Future. Submit creations for Women's Wear or Men's Wear Categories


On Saturday September, 6th, 2008, the final selection of the New Designer Fashion Grand Prix was held in Tokyo Midtown (Tokyo): during the fashion show the 29 creations previously selected among all the application drawings were evaluated by the judge. One creation was awarded the Grand Prix, 2 creations from each Section were awarded the Prizes for Excellence and 5 creations received the Workmanship Prizes.

I took inspiration from the technique widely diffused in Japanese traditional architecture of assembling various pieces together without nails. The jacket has been realized with assembly technique, without using needle and thread.
