: Ms. Hanae Mori; I want to thank you for allowing me to see the excellent works selected from over 10,000 entries from across the world.
I have been a judge in this New Designer Fashion Grand Prix ever since Onward started it, and I am excited that this contest has grown up so much. Numerous public organizations, including the Japanese government, now support it and this emphasizes the trend towards increasing vigor in young people’s fashion, which for a senpai (senior) like myself is truly gratifying. I hope that you appreciate this environment, pay close attention to prevailing trends, and present your ideas in this fashion business so that your careers will be successful.

: Mr. Bernhard Willhelm; To all the staff involved today, I thank you for giving me the opportunity to view such excellent works. They were of a uniformly high level, especially those that won the Grand Prix and the Prizes for excellence in Men’s wear category, which were simply “Great!”. I was really moved when the two entries in the Grand Prix final judgment were brought side-by-side with coincidently matching colors, looking like a beautiful couple!
