Comment from the Grand Prix Winner
Of all the different colors and types of hair, I was most attracted to the Japanese shiny, black hair and I expressed that in my dress. To make it look light, I used stretch stockings as a material. I tore up two to three hundred pairs of black stockings and spent more than a month to produce it.
I can’t believe it at the moment, because I was not at all confident of winning the Grand Prix. I have been thinking about going abroad to continue my study after I graduate next spring, so I will use the prize money for that. I would like to carry on introducing unusual and interesting designs, mainly in women’s wear.
