

The Tokyo New Designer Fashion Grand Prix for Professional category has taken place on 26th August, 2011. After careful consideration by 6 judges, 10 people were chosen to get business support.
Business Support

After the “2011 New Designer Fashion Grand Prix for armature category”, 7 out of 10 Prize Winner took part in the joint show on the 8th November 2011. Mr. Michail Gkinis (aptoform) who has won the highest points on the final examination has won the Tokyo Governor’s Prize. Mr,Akihiko Kimura(LOKITHO)and Mr, Munenori Uemuro(munenoli uemulo) have won the Opening Ceremony Prize.






The final selection event for the “2011 New Designer Fashion Grand Prix” was held at The Endo Memorial Hall, BUNKA GAKUIN (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan) on 8th November, 2011 (Tue.).
A total of 30 original creations made from design drawings selected by judges in the primary stage of the competition, were judged in fashion show setting. Models paraded the creations in front of five judges, who then awarded points for the creations that most appealed to them.
The Grand Prix was awarded to one creation; one creation was awarded the Prize for Excellence, five creations were awarded the Workmanship Prize; and 23 creations were awarded Honorable Mention.
